‘Tis the season full of good food, wonderful company, and excitement for the New Year. At the Long Island Violin Shop, we are looking forward to another year filled with beautiful music. Perhaps you, too, are looking forward to a melodic new year? The Long Island Violin Shop is pleased to offer music lessons for Piano and Classical Guitar, in addition to our esteemed string program. 

You can Learn at any Age!

Whether you are thinking about starting lessons for your child, or for yourself, there is no age limit on making beautiful music! In fact, it may even be beneficial for you to start as an adult beginner. Our wonderful teachers have experience working with musicians at any level and every age. Our piano teachers, Joanne Natasi and Louisa Feingold, have decades of experience teaching, and are well versed in both classical and modern piano techniques. Whether you wish to play Mozart or your favorite new pop song, they are ready to help you at each step of the way.

Our Newest Addition

2023 brought man of firsts to the Long Island Violin Shop, including our Classical Guitar program. Led by Gerry Saulter, one half of Serenade Duo, this program includes private lessons, 2 guitar ensemble classes, and a free end of semester performance! Enrolling students at any level, this program is perfect for everyone. The classical guitar is a beautiful instrument that is wonderful for collaborations.
